A few things to know.
What happens before payment?
An inquiry is not a booking or a hold. Checkout becomes available after approval and account setup, once an event has been created. Review quote details and terms before accepting.
Does Hoost replace my process?
No. Start with your public profile and inquiries. Add the website embed, quotes and planning tools where they help your business.
Is my page already on Hoost?
Your space or service may already have a page. Send your business name and city through the claim form. We review ownership and email you the next step. If there is no page yet, apply to add your business.
When do I get paid?
Payment and payout readiness are shown in your dashboard. Timing depends on your account setup, the booking’s payment flow, event status, and any review. Bank arrival can take additional time; claiming a profile does not activate payments.
Can Hoost help answer inquiries?
After setup, enable the AI receptionist to answer listing questions from your saved pricing and FAQ. It identifies itself as Hoost, and you control automatic answers. Questions it cannot answer need follow-up.
Can I bring my other inquiries?
Connect your inquiry email to collect forwarded marketplace leads in one inbox. Reply to those leads on their original platform; Hoost never answers them as you.
Can I host a ticketed event?
Plan events in the Hoost app. Paid ticket sales depend on event eligibility and payment setup; claiming a profile does not switch them on.
