Yes! All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Our flexible cancellation policy offers free cancellation within 48 hours of booking. Cancellations 7+ days before your event get a full refund. See specific terms for each venue.

You can cancel directly from your account under "My Bookings" within the eligibility window. You'll see the refund amount before confirming.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after cancellation, depending on your bank. You'll receive a confirmation email with details.

Depending on venue availability, you may be able to reschedule. Contact support at team@hoost.it with your booking ID and preferred dates.

If a venue cancels on you, we'll provide a full refund plus offer credit toward a rebooking with another venue.

Go to Settings > Profile to update your name, email, phone, and profile picture. Changes take effect immediately.

We recommend one account per person. If you need to merge accounts, contact our support team.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You'll lose access to booking history.

Yes! All reviews are from verified customers who have booked through HOOST. We verify reviews to ensure authenticity.

Absolutely! Use our Quote Request feature on any venue page. The venue will respond with a custom proposal within 24 hours.

Our prices are guaranteed to be competitive. If you find a better rate elsewhere for the same date/venue, we'll match it. Contact support with details.
