WE'RE HERE TO HELP

Click the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner. Enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. That's it! You're ready to start browsing venues and vendors on Hoost.

Use the search bar on our Discover page to filter by location, date, and event type. You can browse venues and vendors, check availability, and view pricing all in one place.

Provide your event name, date, guest count, and any special requests. The more details you share, the better recommendations you'll receive from venues and vendors.

Hoost is fully optimized for mobile browsers. Download our app or use our website on your phone for a seamless experience.

Some partners can move an accepted quote into checkout after approval. You still see the event details, payment timing, and confirmation path before anything is represented as final.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment system.

Yes! All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Payment timing depends on the partner, quote terms, and checkout status. Reach out to support if you need alternative payment arrangements.

The Hoost service fee is shown as its own line before you pay, and any partner-side platform fee comes out of the partner payout, not your total.

Cancellation eligibility depends on the venue or vendor policy shown with the accepted event details. Review the specific terms before confirming.

Start from your event details or contact support with your event ID. Refund eligibility and next steps depend on the event policy and review status.

Approved refunds are processed after the cancellation review is complete. Bank timing varies by payment method and institution.

Depending on venue availability, you may be able to reschedule. Contact support at team@hoost.it with your event reference and preferred dates.

If a venue cancels, contact support with your event reference. Hoost will review the payment terms and event status, then guide the refund or rebooking path.

Go to Settings > Profile to update your name, email, phone, and profile picture. Changes take effect immediately.

We recommend one account per person. If you need to merge accounts, contact our support team.

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to your inbox.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. You'll lose access to event history.

Visit "My Events" to see past, upcoming, and cancelled events with full details and receipts.

Each venue has a "Contact" or "Message" button. You can also request a quote for custom requirements and the venue will respond within 24 hours.

Yes! All reviews are from verified customers who planned an event through Hoost. We verify reviews to ensure authenticity.

Absolutely! Use our Quote Request feature on any venue page. The venue will respond with a custom proposal within 24 hours.

Our prices are guaranteed to be competitive. If you find a better rate elsewhere for the same date/venue, we'll match it. Contact support with details.
